Policy

Event tickets

All ticket sales are final, non refundable and non transferable to another one of our events. Unless the event is cancelled by us, we would either refund the funds paid or money can be used for another event. 

Returns and Exchange

We make every effort to keep our inventory updated. However, we cannot guarantee every item’s availability. In the event an item(s) is out of stock, you will be notified and funds will be issued.

In the event that the item is defective we offer exchanges only. Please send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the order describing the product defects, photos are accepted. All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging/condition. 

We will not be responsible for return shipping cost. 

Shipping Policy

**Due to nationwide COVID-19 impacts, delivery delays are expected**

 

All Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after purchase. Monday to Friday

 

Products ship from Edmonton, Canada using Canada Post. The shipping cost is calculated automatically using our online shopping cart. Rates vary based on location. We make every effort to keep our inventory updated. However, we cannot guarantee every item’s availability. In the event an item(s) is out of stock, we will promptly notify you.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date and apologize in advance for any shipping delay. Order confirmation and shipping tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once items have been shipped.

 

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

Missing Packages/Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items

Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for any orders that are left outside of your home or lost/damaged during shipping. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. We only have the capacity to track a package. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the apporitate postal service.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for any extra cost ( the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost). A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. We do not cancel orders, if you have any concerns about an item, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

Damage During Shipment

Please notify us immediately if you receive any damaged merchandise. Email us immediately, informing us of the type of damage (include a photo, if possible). Depending on the type of damage, store credit will be offered.
